How it works

Delivery times are typically scheduled the day before your event or the day of, depending on your rental items and location.

If you need a specific delivery time, just let us know when booking, we'll do our best to accommodate.

We deliver, set up, and take down items. Delivery fees may apply based on location.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. We'll provide an estimate when you book.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Deposits may be non-refundable for last minute cancellations.

We typically pick up rentals the following day or the same day, depending on the size of the order, timing, and venue requirements.  We'll coordinate with you in advance to confirm what works best.  If you have specific pickup needs, just let us know during booking.
